The FTA is an alliance representing all trail users in Fernie, BC. As a registered Charity, we work directly with member clubs, outdoor recreation groups and landowners in order to maintain and enhance Fernie’s vibrant trail using community.
The FTA maintains over 370km of trails, including negotiating access agreements and securing grants to maintain and enhance the trails and dirt jumps.
There are three member clubs - the Fernie Mountain Bike Club, Stag Leap Running Co. and the Fernie Trails & Ski Touring Club, plus two supporter clubs - the Fernie Nordic Society and Cycling Without Age.

Please purchase an annual trails pass via the FTA website if you are a trail user.
You can also volunteer with trail build days, fundraising, trail maintenance evenings or as a group ride leader/sweep.
