The Coal Creek Heritage Society's vision and mission is to secure and protect generational public access for Coal Creek Cultural, Historical, Environmental and Recreational interest and user groups.

We wish to elevate the adventure experience for visitors and locals while prioritizing sustainability and responsible environmental stewardship.

Projects include:
- Easy Beaver trail repairs
- New Trailhead and carpark
- Kiosk and information for the Fernie Ridge Trail Network
- Working in conjunction with other groups, including Parastone and Tourism Fernie on infrastructure projects
